The long tradition of Moody excellence is clearly evident in this eminently seaworthy craft from designer Bill Dixon: so too is the most up-to-date thinking in cruising yacht concept.  Elegant and comfortable accommodation with plenty of light and air, a big cockpit with safe, high comings, large bathing platform and effortless handling qualities make the 31 a most desirable yacht for family sailing, yet these crafts are capable of very high cruising speed when passage making--and there’s a sturdy Vetus 25hp diesel, new in 2004, for ample auxiliary power.  This fin keel yacht has established itself as a firm favourites. KIWI is a 1990 boat and is in "as new" condition. The roomy 6 berth layout includes a double aft cabin, to starboard, beautifully appointed heads to port, settee berths in the main saloon and "V" berths in the fore peak. Warm air central heating makes charters early and late in the season, practical and comfortable Equipped with roller reefing genoa, and for the mainsail single line slab reefing.  As with all the yachts with Flamingo yacht Charter, KIWI complies fully with the "Code of Practice" regulations for safety equipment. She has been rated "Category 2" which allows unrestricted use up to 60 miles from a "Safe Haven".
